The software build number for the Samsung Galaxy S8 is G950USQU3CRD4, and for the Galaxy S8 Plus, it’s G955USQU3CRD4. Both of these updates are available over-the-air and could take a while before it reaches all the devices. To check for the update manually, go to Settings > About device > Software updates.
According to the official changelog, the update should fix an issue that caused the Samsung keyboard to crash or disappear after updating to Android 8.0 Oreo. The update also includes a fix for auto restart problem – it will prevent the device from continuously restarting – the bug identified after updating to Android 8.0 Oreo.
